Duke Austin Inspector Feedback- Sire 2.0 Participation Report May 2024

At Duke Austin, the office team and inspectors would like to share our collective experiences regarding the SIRE 2.0 Phase 3 period. All Duke Austin inspectors were invited to participate in a feedback exercise regarding their preparedness and experience of Sire 2.0. DACO collated these responses into this report which is shared with all clients to best summarise the issues and challenges faced by inspectors so far.

Since the Phase 3 roll out in January 2024, Duke Austin Inspectors as a group have collectively completed 23 SIRE 2.0 Inspections on behalf of our clients. This report will share particulars of SIRE 2.0 inspections carried out by Duke Austin inspectors during this period and includes opinions, experiences, and accounts of those inspectors.
