Updated: Temporary Guidelines for Conducting a Vessel Inspection during Covid 19
These updated temporary guidelines provide a common set of industry procedures to help facilitate CDI-Marine or OCIMF Programme inspections during the continuing Covid-19 crisis.
If followed, they will minimise the time an Inspector needs to spend onboard a vessel, while ensuring the vessel’s crew, the Operator and the Inspector are prepared. These guidelines were updated in November 2022 to take account of developments in the Covid-19 pandemic since 2020.
